With the change of the population structure and the change of the old-age concept,the demand of the social and family for the aged service will increase sharply.Many far-sighted enterprises began to focus on the pension industry,trying to build various levels of pension institutions to meet different levels of service needs.According to the " interim measures on the equity of investment in insurance funds ",the equity of the insurance company,including the equity of the enterprises such as investment insurance enterprises,non-insurance financial enterprises and insurance business related pension,medical and automobile services,shall realize the equity investment holding the holding,and shall use the capital.The interim measures for the investment of insurance funds shall provide that the real property invested by the insurance funds in the way of creditor's rights,equity or real right is limited to the real and private property of the commercial real estate,office real estate and insurance business related to endowment,medical treatment,automobile service,etc.The two most recent insurance funds use channels,the pension industry as an insurance funds can be invested in the direction of the clear.Based on this situation,this paper tries to from the policy background of the insurance enterprise investment pension community,with the United States CCRC(continuous care retirement community)as the main line,through the insurance enterprise investment pension community risk analysis,safeguard measures,put forward suggestions and prospects.
