With the development of Internet technology there has been a subversion of traditional information dissemination models.The interaction between the government and the people who were originally in the dominant position of discourse communication and the folks who were originally in the passive position of discourse began to have frequent discourses.The official and civil people discuss public events through discourse practice,change the existing public opinion structure,and construct the public domain of the Internet.Therefore,this study focuses on the interaction and game phenomenon between the official discourse and the folk discourse power that are becoming more and more normal in the network public opinion event.The core issues of this study:In emerging media represented by Weibo,in the whole life cycle of the emergence of network public opinion events from development to disappearance,how do the pluralistic subjects of the civil society and the government interact and play through discourse practice to realize the construction of the public domain?In simple terms,it is to explore the differences in the logic of how all actors participate in the interaction and how to reach a compromise through the game.Specifically,it can be subdivided into the following questions:First,in the event of cyber public opinion,what is the difference in the logic of participation by various actors through discourse practice?Second,in order to quell the Internet public opinion,how do all parties' players achieve compromise in the game process?Third,what changes have taken place in the interaction and game of discourse power between the official discourse space and the folk discourse space?Fourth,what is the impact of the interaction between the official discourse and the folk discourse and the game on the construction of the public domain?For ease of research,the actors studied in this paper are mainly government represented by official discourse,and opinion leaders,new media,and netizens represented by folk discourse.The basic unit of analysis is a public opinion incident that occurred in Weibo,that is,Lijiang was disfigured.According to research questions,the full text consists of five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,literature review and review,and research design.The second chapter is about Lijiang's case of beating people and the development of public opinion.First,it briefly introduces the incident.Afterwards,it analyzes the four stages of the beginning,spread,overthrow,and regression of the development of public opinion,so as to realize the analysis and analysis of individual cases.The third chapter is the discourse interaction between civil and official discourse subjects and is the key chapter of this study.The paper analyzes the interaction between media leaders,media people,netizens,and the government in the event of the disfigured events in Lijiang,the discourse practices of different subjects,and the development of public opinion in the discourse practice process.The fourth chapter is the discourse interaction between civil and official discourse subject,which is also the key chapter of this study.The paper analyzes the game process of public opinion leader,media person,netizen,and government in Lijiang's disfigured events.The discourse reconciliation of the different subjects and the public opinion behind the compromise subsided.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and reflection of this study.The interaction between the civil discourse and the official discourse through discourse power and the changes that have taken place after the game,as well as the benign interaction between the state and society in the cyber public space resulting from changes in official and folk discourse.
