Research On The European Left Party And Its Theory And Political Practice To 'Another Europe'

In 2004,at the German Democratic Party,the French Communist Party,Italy's unremitting efforts to rebuild the Communist Party and other related Marxist political parties,the European left Party,based in Brussels,was formally established.The party was founded after the Cold War in order to meet the challenge of neoliberalism by some European left-wing forces in summing up the historical experience and lessons of the international communist movement's joint struggle and transnational cooperation.An important measure to meet the practical needs of European integration and economic globalization.As a new thing in the 21st century,the European Left Party has made a new exploration on the socialist development road on the basis of union,and its conception of"another Europe" fully reflects the new trend of European left-wing union.Taking the European Left Party and its thought of "another Europer" as the research object,this paper tries to clarify the development,the theoretical proposition and its political practice of the European Left Party,thus explore its future development prospects through the historical analysis,the literature research and the case analysis method.In this paper,the author thinks that getting rid of the predicament of the socialist movement in Europe after the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe is an important driving force for the thought of "another Europe",and that the historical crisis in the process of European integration is the internal cause of its emergence.Promoting the left wing in Europe,the gradual integration with the new social movement is an objective requirement.In content,the theory of "another Europe" mainly includes:" democratic Europe" in political "welfare Europe" in economic,"ecologically civilized Europe" in environment,and " safe Europe" in diplomacy.In recent years,in response to the economic crisis and Europe crisis,the European left party proposed the corresponding declaration and goal under the guidance of its theoretical programme.However,because of the squeeze of the right wing and the limitations of its own alternative,the members of the European left-wing party were flat in their own parliament and in the European Parliament.The rate of votes and support was generally not high and could not be reversed for the time being.Members of the European left Party actively oppose the neoliberal policies of capitalist governments by participating in international conferences,issuing statements,organizing and conducting peaceful protests,demonstrations,strikes,and other mass movements to express their political interests.The establishment of the European left Party has played a positive role in criticizing capitalism,promoting the anti-imperialist and anti-monopoly struggle,and uniting the European left-wing forces.On the other hand,as a rising star,the development of European left Party is restricted by many factors.It can not be expected too high for its future development at present.The European left Party needs to face up to the difficulties and problems of its own development and adjust its theory and strategy in order to play a greater role in cohesion and integration.
