Development Research Of Kumming Urban Pension Service Institution

The development of pension service institutions in city is the leader and weathervane of Kunming pension service industry.With the social and economic development,improvement of people s living standard and shift of lifestyle in Kunming,the elderly's demand for pension service institutions has increased step by step.The existing quality of pension service institutions in the city cannot meet the needs of the elderly.At the same time,it is urgent for the pension service institutions in Kunming to keep reforming and innovating,seize market opportunities and win the future of livable urban civilization because that population ageing is getting worse,the elderly have insufficient awareness of institutional pension,the extensive development and low economic benefit of the urban pension service institutions.Based on that,this thesis details the development of pension service institutions in Kunming from the perspective of institutional managers and consumer behavior.Aiming at the practical problems of pension service and management in Kunming,through a lot of data collection receipts,this thesis makes a qualitative analysis on the development of pension service institutions in Kunming using methods such as PEST,SWOT matrix,porter five models.At the same time,based on the results of the questionnaire survey this thesis makes a quantitative analysis of quality satisfaction and explores the internal correlation and trend influence of various factors in the development of pension institutions.At last,this thesis creatively puts forwards corresponding optimization dimensions and countermeasures of the pension institutions based on the development strategy theory and service marketing theory.In this study,the results of the questionnaire survey reflects the present situation of the pension service institutions in Kunming,elderly people's demand for institutional pension,how can institutional managers improve themselves and improve marketcompetitiveness.Then we make concrete decisions that can solve multiple contradictions by integrating the real situation of current pension institutions.Among them,the elderly quality satisfaction and the importance of pension institutions were investigated and the two factors as transverse and longitudinal axis,the important factors affecting the distribution of twenty one we analyzed each quadrant causes and influence of each factor in the trend of development.In the pension mechanism under the premise of limited resources,the influence factors of its important not satisfied to improve,eventually improve the satisfied requirements of the elderly.The corresponding optimization countermeasures for urban endowment service supply and the demand do not match each other should be settled as soon as possible,such as backward contradictions,to find suitable ingredient for the development.All these will have a directional meaning for improving the old-age service industrial' structure,further speed up the development of the urban' pension target.
