Development Status And Suggestions Of Guilin Old-age Institutions

According to the statistics of the civil affairs department,the phenomenon of aging in China is serious and the trend of aging is aggravating.However,the supporting mechanism for the development of pension industry is still immature and the form of pension is severe.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,it is proposed that the policy system and social environment of providing for the aged,filial piety and respecting the elderly should be established,and the business and industry development of the aged should be accelerated,which will be conducive to help maintain social stability and promote the healthy development of the tertiary industry.In the pension industry,pension institutions play an important role.Therefore,it is important to study the present situation and development countermeasures of the old-age institutions.This paper takes the old-age institutions in Guilin as the research object.Firstly,the development status of the old-age institutions in Guilin are obtained through questionnaire survey.Secondly,the data of other old-age institutions at the same level or better developed city are collected,and establishe the cumulative ratio logistic regression model and Lasso logistic regression model of price grade and service items in the old-age institutions.the phenomenon reflected by the model provides some suggestions for the development of the old-age care institutions in Guilin.Through the analysis,this work draws a conclusion that there are some problems in Guilin's old-age institutions,such as backward medical equipment,less nursing times,imperfect leisure and entertainment facilities,and lack of senior nursing institutions.Through modeling and analysis,we found that: medical nursing service,family banquet service,positioning and 24-hour call system,reading room,multiple ball room and whether there is a hospital near the nursing home are significant factors affecting the development of the nursing institutions;Among the above factors,medical services and leisure and entertainment services are particularly important for the development of old-age care institutions;at the same time,they are more important for the development of the nursing institutions.at the same time,improving the problems of the old-age care institutions will lead to an increase in the cost of the old-age care institutions.In view of the above problems and conclusions,this work puts forward some suggestions for the future development of Guilin's pension institutions: 1.Combining the advantages of tourism,focusing on the development of recreational tourism;2.to attract foreigners in the field and develop the model of providing services for the elderly;3.striving to cultivate professional talents to improve the service level of pension institutions;4.strengthening the cooperation between government and enterprises to improve the efficiency of resource transformation of pension institutions.These suggestions will provide valuable decision-making reference for further improving Guilin's pension facilities,promoting the healthy development of Guilin as a tourist city,and enhancing Guilin's influence at home and abroad.
