The Cause And Prevention And Control Measures Of Teacher Sexual Abuse Of Minors

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of sexual invasion of the teacher source has caused public uproar through the media exposure.The main body and the victims of this kind of cases are very wide,the duration of the victims is long,the number of victims is numerous,the means of the crime is the last tongue,the key is the serious physical and mental injury to the minors.Under this background,we should attach importance to such cases and adhere to the most.Low tolerance and maximum protection.This article takes the minors as the research object.This study takes three cases as an example and uses the method of case analysis to analyze the characteristics and reasons of the sexual invasion of the teacher source,and shows the necessity of establishing the prevention and control mechanism for the teacher source sex invasion.The purpose of this paper is to propose relevant prevention and control measures based on the study of teacher source sexual abuse,and to provide references for individuals,parents,schools and other organizations that are in need.In view of the above difficulties,combined with the measures of the United States,Japan and South Korea to prevent and control the sexual invasion of the teacher,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the mode of prevention and control of our country,and the prevention and control of the sexual invasion of the teacher should be the result of the joint efforts of many aspects.In the minors' own aspect,we should strengthen the cognition of juvenile's prevention of sexual assault.In the family aspect,parents should pay attention to the sex education of minors,improve the consciousness and ability of the minor's safety and protection,and protect the legal rights of the victims of the minors through the law.In schools,we should establish a complete prevention and control system,strengthen the legal publicity and education of teachers,and supervise teachers' morality.In the social aspect,we should carry forward the correct values,combine the power of the schools,the community,the medical and the judicature,and establish a unified and systematic social assistance system.In the legal system,to fill the loopholes in the law;the investigation organs should protect the dignity of the minor victims,avoid two injuries,pay attention to the mental relief of the minors,and carry out the system of prohibition of employment.Through the discussion of the cause of the sexual invasion of the teacher,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the establishment of an effective prevention and cure mechanism,which is beneficial to the promotion of the security of the minors,so as to eliminate the occurrence of the sexual invasion of the teacher source.
