Research On The Construction Of Socialist Harmonious Society And The Construction Of The Rule Of Law

Social harmony is the essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The realization of a harmonious socialist society is the ideal and goal that we need to constantly strive for in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is also the important mission of the Communist Party of China.The construction of the rule of law,as a very important part of the construction of a socialist harmonious society,is bound to become a key breakthrough in the process of construction.The rule of law is to bring all the national affairs,economic and cultural undertakings and social affairs into the track of the rule of law and manage it according to law.The purpose of building a harmonious society is to realize the harmonious coexistence of man and man,the harmonious coexistence of man and society,and the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.Adhering to and improving the strategy of comprehensively administering the country according to law and building socialist rule of law are the only way to achieve this ambitious goal,and provide a solid institutional foundation for the construction of a harmonious society and authoritative safeguards.Taking the relationship between the building of a harmonious socialist society and the rule of law as the breakthrough point,taking the practice of a harmonious society as the starting point and taking the construction of rule of law as the research object,this article roughly discusses the following two parts.The first part analyzes respectively the related theory of harmonious society,two,starting from the basic concepts and features of harmonious society and the rule of law,to understand and grasp them in China development path for the construction of further research on the socialist harmonious society and the construction of rule of law to provide the premise.The second part analyzes the relationship between the construction of harmonious society and the rule of law,mainly in the important role of rule of law in the process of building a harmonious society.The construction of the rule of law is not only the necessary requirement for the construction of a harmonious society,but also an important guarantee for the construction of a harmonious society.The construction of the rule of law guarantees the harmony of family relations,citizen relations and the relationship between man and nature in a harmonious society.The third part analyzes the phenomenon of some lack of rule of law process in the construction of harmonious society in the process of building the rule of law,to explore the deficiencies in China's legislation,law enforcement,judicial and civil law consciousness,lack of specific analysis of each link and the emergence of a loophole in this as the basis,put forward reasonable suggestions.The fourth part,by analyzing the reasons for the above phenomenon,from the legislation,law enforcement,judicial and civil law education,and puts forward relevant measures to improve the law of socialist harmonious society construction of rule,there are many problems to solve in the process of building a harmonious society,comprehensively implement the rule of law,rule of law provides a solid foundation for the construction of socialist harmonious society.To build a harmonious socialist society,we must solve the existing deficiencies in the rule of law discussed in this paper,in order to promote the great cause of building a harmonious socialist society in China.Only with perseverance and continuous exploration can the construction of the rule of law be perfected gradually,and the socialist harmonious society can be realized at an early date.
