"Theory and Reality" is an academic publication founded during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.It covers philosophical,economic,political,and literary fields.It serves the mission of the war of resistance and the founding of the country,focusing on the sinicization of academic research and the actualization of theoretical research.Due to the limitations of its own conditions and the interference of external factors,"Theory and Reality" experienced the beginning of the War of Resistance Period and the revival of the War of Liberation.Although the theme of the periodicals in these two periods is different,they all strived for national independence,establish democratic politics.From an academic point of view,a glimpse into the war-torn China is where to go,a large number of intellectuals with lofty ideals have offered advice and suggestions to those in power through this platform,popularize scientific theories to readers and sending their contempt to the enemy.“Theory and Reality”explained its own purpose of founding journals with practical actions,the articles published in this article are all based on the domestic social conditions and the international environment at that time,the theoretical studies are conducted throughout the analysis of real problems,promoted the development of academic theories in China during the Anti-Japanese War period.“Theory and Reality”also echoed the "Chineseization of Marxism”proposed by the Chinese Communist Party,and created "sinicization" and "actualization" are the research atmosphere of the guidelines.By studying this topic,we can deepen our understanding of modern Chinese revolutionary history,enhance our ability to look at problems from different perspectives,and profoundly recognize the crucial role played by culture in social development.Although there are some deficiencies in "Theory and Reality",this does not affect its position and role in the academic journals of the Anti-Japanese War.
