Rural legal aid has become a social problem,the legal consciousness of farmers is constantly strengthened,combined with the in-depth development of rural economy,agriculture-related disputes are emerging and increasing year by year,the types of contradictions also show diversification and complexity.The demand for rural legal aid is greater,the definition of rural legal aid in our country is as follows:the national authorities established by law,under the guidance of relevant aid agencies,for the rural areas,the grassroots legal aid to help,to achieve the financial difficulties of pro bono assistance.In reality,farmers account for the vast majority of our population,so we should actively do the research on rural legal aid,establish effective assistance program is vital,through rural legal aid,to ensure farmers' legitimate rights and interests are not damaged,effectively resolve contradictions and disputes,so as to promote the construction of new socialistcountryside,and play an important role in the harmonious and stable construction of socialist new countryside.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly explained the background,purpose and significance of the research on rural legal aid,summarized the researchachievements at home and abroad,and learned the research situation of scholars.The second part of the analysis to the present.Present situation of S city legal aid work,mainly through the system comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that the main problems of the rural legal aid work performance in the system of legal aid work shortcomings,insufficient funds,institutional setup,lack of professional talents,promote lags behind and so on five aspects.The third part is the analysis of foreign rural legal aid related achievements,through comparative study,recognize its bright spot,so as to obtain effective enlightenment.The fourth part is the countermeasure.Mainly from the system sound,the guarantee funds,construction organization,the establishment of multi-level personnel protection mechanism,establish and improve the long-term mechanism of publicity five ways to improve,and then promote the good development of rural legal aid.
