Study On The Construction Of Rural Culture Under The Strategic Background Of Rural Revitalization

"Agricultural and rural peasants are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood.We must always take the solution of the" three rural "issues as the top priority of the Party's work." The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization from the overall and strategic point of view.It calls for the construction of beautiful new countryside in accordance with the general requirements of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and prosperity of life".The construction of rural culture and civilization is an important content and task of the strategy of rural revitalization.In the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,great achievements have been made and rich experience has been accumulated in the construction of rural culture.At the same time,the construction of rural culture in our country is still facing such realistic predicaments as weakening of moral behavior,lack of cultural activities,insufficient public services,prominent problems of human settlements environment and lack of cultural talents.It is necessary to further deepen theoretical research and practical exploration,and strengthen the leadership of the Party.Promoting the transformation of customs,improving public services,deepening the training of rural talents,and improving institutional mechanisms to promote the construction of rural culture.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,case study,field investigation and historical analysis.Firstly,it clarifies the background and significance of the study,and clarifies the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the rural culture construction under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization.Secondly,it expounds the importance of the construction of rural culture in the strategy of rural revitalization,and briefly reviews the development process and historical experience of the construction of rural culture in China.Then,through consulting a large number of documents and data and investigating the reality,this paper analyses the predicament of the current rural civilization construction in China,and makes a case study of an advanced rural civilization construction,so as to provide practical reference for promoting the construction of rural civilization.Finally,this paper ponders on how to further promote the construction of rural culture in the context of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to providing a reference for promoting the construction of rural culture in the new era.
