Research On Anti-detective Behaviors In Video Investigation

Since the 1980 s,video surveillance began to be gradually implemented in China.Especially after entering the 21 st century,video surveillance systems began to be promoted throughout the society.Today,almost all cities in China have achieved the full coverage of the "Skynet Project." Video surveillance has become a normal means for public security agencies to crack down on crimes,and plays an important role in the detection of various types of criminal crimes.However,investigation and counter-investigating have always gone hand in hand.While video surveillance has gradually developed into the main method of investigation today,the perpetrators are consciously taking anti-investigating activities to evade the video investigations of investigation agencies,which has brought investigations to the investigative authorities.Serious challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct meticulous research on the anti-investigating behavior in video investigation so as to be able to better cope with and prevent work in future investigations.This article discusses the basic concepts,firstly defining the concept of anti-investigating behavior in video investigation,and then introducing its main features and forms of expression.Based on this,it proposes a corresponding method of cracking and combines current practice.The status of the future is to prevent and crack the anti-detection behavior in video surveillance.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into four parts.The first part is the theoretical research on the anti-investigative behavior in video investigation,mainly from three aspects.First,give a clear definition of the concept of anti-discovery behavior in video.At present,the literature devoted to the investigation of anti-discovery behavior in video surveillance is extremely limited,and these concepts are not defined in these documents.The author attempts to organically integrate the existing concepts of video surveillance and anti-reconnaissance.A clear definition of the concept.Second,it briefly introduces the reasons for the formation of anti-investigative actions in video surveillance.Third,it elaborates the significance of studying anti-investigative behavior in video surveillance.The second part deals with the main manifestations and characteristics of anti-investigative actions in video surveillance.The manifestations of anti-detection behaviors in video surveillance mainly include four aspects: destruction of monitoring equipment,selection of surveillance blind spots,disguise of personal characteristics,and disguise of transport;and the main features of the video investigation are not only the basic characteristics of anti-investigating behavior in the general sense.In addition,it has its own unique features,such as the increased awareness of anti-investigative investigations,the clear objectives of anti-investigative investigations and the numerous means of counter investigation.The third part mainly talks about the basic principles and methods of anti-detection behavior cracking in video investigation.The basic principle of the cracking method is mainly from the general sense of why the cracking method is scientific.The cracking method refers to how to verify and capture the perpetrator through limited video information in the case.According to the specific directions of the cracking method,it is divided into macroscopic and microscopic methods.The macro method mainly refers to how the Finding and monitoring the collection of video images,which are more empirical content;and the micro-method is mainly directed at how to identify the anti-detection behavior in the collected video images,to determine the identity of the perpetrator,and it is more of a technical level.Content.The fourth part focuses on the current problems and looks forward to the future response to anti-investigative activities under video surveillance.In order to better respond to the escalation of anti-investigative behavior,we must start from four aspects: strengthening the construction of video surveillance teams,raising awareness of prevention,improving the "Tianwang" project construction and accelerating the research and development of video surveillance related technologies.
