A Study Of The Civil Society And The Construction Of The Rule Of Law Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Great practice needs great theory as support,and theory must be combined with practice.The construction of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics is a great socialist practice conducted by the Chinese Communist Party to lead the people all over the country,and it is another attempt of Marx doctrine in China.However,a large number of facts show that the basic principle of Marx doctrine is not closely connected with the concrete practice of the rule of law in China,and the guiding role of Marx doctrine on the construction of the rule of law in China has not been fully developed.There is a general feeling that there is a certain relationship between the basic principle of Marx doctrine and the concrete practice of the rule of law in China.There are even some arguments about learning western rule of law and negating the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As a part of Marx's philosophy,Marx's philosophy of law is the world view and methodology of science of law.By taking Marx's philosophy as a bridge and intermediary,we can recognize and solve the problems in the practice of the rule of law with the more abstract historical materialism and dialectics.Thus,we can better play the guiding role of Marx doctrine in building socialist rule of law.Therefore,from the perspective of Marx's philosophy of law and taking the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics as the research object,it is of great value to discuss how to better carry out the construction of the rule of law in China under the guidance of Marx doctrine.By combing the historical process and main characteristics of the socialist road of rule of law with Chinese characteristics,we can learn that the road of rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the correct way of rule of law that the Communist Party of Chinese Communist Party goes out in the long-term practice of the rule of law,and it is the only way to build the socialist law in China.Then,by drawing lessons from the past socialist construction of the rule of law and analyzing and comparing the different situation of the history of the development of the rule of law between China and the west,the problems and the reasons for the construction of the rule of law in China are summarized and analyzed.Finally,with problems oriented,we try to give some theoretical and practical suggestions for improving the socialist road of rule of law with Chinese characteristics.In a word,the only way to better carry out the construction of socialist rule of law is to adhere to and perfect the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,which must always adhere to the basic position and method of Marx's law philosophy.On the basis of adhering to the unity of the party's leadership,the people's masters and the rule of law,the development of production will be continuously developed.In order to improve the social foundation of the rule of law in the development,and actively improve the socialist road of rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the legislative,law enforcement,judicial,law-abiding and other aspects of the rule of law.
