Chinese development cannot leave people, only to solve the problem of immediate interests, China can develop more quickly and more smoothly, and that solve the problem of pension is a top priority, the basic idea is to investigate the model of Chinese road.This paper is divided into four parts altogether: the first chapter is mainly on the basis of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, especially the basic principles of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and build "people-oriented" theory of harmonious society, to choose the socialism with Chinese characteristics is analyzed and discussed the problem of endowment patterns; The second chapter mainly analysis the present situation of our pension problems and the reasons for these problems; The third chapter mainly analyzes five endowments. They are the family endowment, the institution endowment and the community endowment, the supporting the aged in different areas endowment and the house-for-pension scheme endowment. I also analyze their respective advantages and disadvantages; In the fourth chapter, I explores the basic principles of choosing endowment pattern with Chinese characteristics, and on the basis of the principle of combining with the condition of our country and the economic development of the society, the comparative study on domestic and foreign pension model, it is concluded that urban community endowment service mode is possible future pension model conclusion, I put forward several countermeasures to the rural pension mode.
