| In 2013,the government introduced relevant policies to encourage governments at all levels to open government affairs account on We-chat,and emphasized the need to actively play the role of government service and We-Chat online services and interactive communication functions to better meet public needs and respond to social concerns.This reflects the country's full emphasis and affirmation on the interactive communicative functions of the new media to some extent.Since then,government affairs and We-Chat has begun to emerge.In the traditional path of network politics,government websites have a huge advantage because of their maturity.The government microblog has played an important role in the network administration with its own media attributes.However,the two types of online policy paths have their own limitations in the process of development,such as the lack of intelligent properties of government websites that affect the effectiveness of the public's political inquiry,and the fact that the government's microblog is irrational because of its public nature,which directly influences the functioning of government functions to a certain degree.At the same time,it also affects the improvement of public satisfaction.The government affairs account on We-Chat have unique advantages in promoting one-on-one deep dialogues,realizing the public's flat participation,and promoting the orderly expression of citizens' discourses.Today,they are playing an increasingly important role in the government affairs.The opening has greatly met the public's different demands for political consultation,and at the same time it has become a fresh attempt by the government to expand its network of political channels.In the era of new media,there is a strong correlation between the study of the network's political path and government affairs account on We-Chat.Starting from the government-based We Chat approach,this paper mainly talks about the shortcomings of the existing network policy-making path,which emphasizes the great advantages of the government-based We-Chat in the network policy,and analyzes the difficulties in the development process.It has a very strong practical significance in promoting the study of the network's political path.This paper consists of four parts.:The first part,defines the related concepts and summarizes its constituent elements and general characteristics,which lays a foundation for the definition of the core concepts of this paper.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical sources,the current status of the development path of the existing network and the related policy support for WeChat,and tries to establish a logical connection between the government affairs account on We-Chat and the network politics in order to summarize the unique advantages of government affairs account on WeChat in the network of government affairs.The third part mainly analyzes the current practice of the WeChat platform by summarizing the investigation of 34 WeChat platforms and the case analysis of “Minister Mayor of Jiangmen”,summarizing the current situation in China,the basic characteristics of the operation of the We-Chat platform,and its problems and the reasons behind them.In the fourth part,in response to the causes of the problems,the unique advantages of WeChat are the standards of the government's ideology,and this paper try to give some suggestions for the healthy development of wechat from the platform construction,institutional guarantees,and citizen's political and so on. |
