Research On The Application Status And Optimization Strategies Of Government Affairs We Chat In Henan Province

In December 2018,the introduction of the ‘Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Healthy and Orderly Development of Government Affairs New Media',which means that the development of government affairs new media in China has changed from the rapid growth of quantity and scale to a deep expansion of various functions such as release,dissemination,interaction,guidance and handling affairs.Based on this,the study used content analysis,case study and field investigation to conduct three months data tracking,collecting,sorting and analyzing of 1591 government wechat of Henan province,city,county,district level governments and their related institutions,and make a scientific evaluation of the application status of government wechat in Henan Province with the help of the Gsdata to find problems and propose optimization strategies.The study found that Henan Province has gradually strengthened the importance of the application of government affairs new media.The number of government affairs We Chat has been huge,which has covered all levels of government departments in Henan Province.The matrix network from top to bottom has been initially formed,but there is a large gap in communication levels between different levels,different regions,and different institutions.From the perspective of information release,the themes of the article include five types of life service soft articles,announcement dynamic releases,social event reports,advanced model publicity and initiated activities or competitions,and 60% of the content is related to Henan,94% of the communication form is ‘text + picture',which has basically formed a stable daily information release mechanism.From the perspective of online services,the service items of government affairs We Chat are increasingly rich,mainly through the bottom function menu development,keyword automatic reply,manual reply and other settings to carry out online services,among which 23 government affairs We Chat also opened ‘Wechat Mini Program'.From the perspective of communication and interaction,the number of fans has steadily increased,but thereare few high-quality articles with high reading volume and high praises liked by fans,and the enthusiasm of the audience to participate in feedback is not high.In general,there are four problems in Government Affairs We Chat of Henan Province,such as imperfect assessment management mechanism,uneven platform distribution,low proportion of high-quality original content,and backward background technology construction.In view of these four problems,four optimization strategies were proposed to establish and improve the assessment management mechanism,promote the sharing of government information resources,build a professional information release team,and improve the utilization rate of online service functions.
