Research On The Application Of Government's We-chat In Quanzhou Police Affairs Publicity

There are a mounts of political we-chat public numbers appearing and developing quickly in Quanzhou,which are used by many government apartments to release political information.However,there are several difficulties existing in the actual practice process.This paper aims to put forward corresponding solutions by researching the we-chat usage situation within the police affair opening and analyzing the influence factors.First of all,this research uses the literature-research method by accessing relevant domestic and foreign research results.Secondly,clarify the relevant concepts and analyze the existing problems within the political we-chat public numbers and solve these problems by New Public Service Theory.This paper makes an overall assessment of the applying situation of we-chat in police organization in Quanzhou,then takes “Quanzhou Traffic Police Online Release” for investigation and research..In this paper,the corresponding reasons are also analyzed for the existing problems,which are incorrect targeting positioning,ignoring public emergency management,one-sided pursuiting of the numbers,lacking of a reasonable assessment mechanism as well as lacking of good interaction with the public communication.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems by the new public management concept into the public security government We-chat applications,change the leading cadres of service thinking,and to strengthen the We-Chat professional operation and management.
