From the perspective of global population development trends,the life expectancy of the population continues to increase,and the population size of the elderly population is increasing.This is an inevitable result of social and economic development.The health problems of the elderly have become the focus of attention of the society and many scholars.China has now entered an aging society that is not rich and old,and it is an urgent problem for the whole society to improve the physical and mental health of the elderly.Based on the fourth survey data of urban and rural elderly living conditions in China,this article describes the general characteristics and health status of the elderly population in Jilin Province.On this basis,Logistic regression and linear regression models are used to influence the health status of the elderly.The factors are studied.Through analysis,the following conclusions were drawn: The health status of the urban elderly in Jilin Province is better than that of the rural elderly;the health status of the male elderly is better than that of the female elderly;the level of education is positively correlated with the health status of the elderly;education has a certain degree of health The active role of the elderly;the health status of elderly people with complete marriage is significantly better than that of other forms of marriage;the level of economic income is positively correlated with health status.Based on the above conclusions,the author puts forward several suggestions:(1)Promote the rational distribution of resources;(2)Pay attention to the health problems of the elderly female group;(3)Create opportunities and conditions for the elderly to remarry;(4)Encourage the elderly to participate in the society activity.
