Economic Zone To Carry Out The Party To Build A Clean Government Supervision And Responsibility Of Studies

Since the eighteen Party of the party,our country faces the new situation and new task of the construction of clean and clean government and the struggle against corruption,the clear background of "two responsibilities",and the small background of the implementation of the "two responsibilities" in the construction of the party's clean and clean government in the economic function area.The author recognizes the implementation of the economic function area.Research on the specific problems of supervision responsibilities can enrich the academic research results on the implementation of supervision responsibilities by the Discipline Inspection Commission.The thesis mainly focuses on the implementation of the supervision responsibility of the construction of the Party style and clean government,taking the disciplinary inspection and supervision organization of the economic functional area as the research object,combining the actual situation of the economic function area,taking the empirical research,such as questionnaire survey,direct interview,case analysis and so on,and taking the supervision responsibility of the discipline inspection and supervision organization of Guangdong B Area as the first one.On the basis of empirical analysis,the paper analyzes the difference between the concept of Party style and clean government construction,the content of supervision responsibility,the relationship between the main responsibility and supervision responsibility,and the difference between the economic function area and the general government.According to the work practice and personal understanding,the author analyzes the implementation of the supervision responsibility in B Area,and finds that there are weak issues of the weak consciousness of the main responsibility,the insufficient supervision ability,the difficult supervision of the same level,the inadequate supervision function,the insufficient construction of the discipline inspection team and so on,and the reasons for the existing problems are analyzed and studied.Finally,combining with my work experience and comprehensive research results,it is shown that the implementation of supervision responsibility in the economic functional areas should clarify the relationship between the two responsibilities,consolidate the results of the three turns,improve the setting of the discipline inspection and supervision institutions,strengthen the high pressure situation of the examination of the discipline,strengthen the construction of the education and prevent corruption,and apply the supervision and discipline for four kinds.Feasible countermeasures and suggestions such as "form" and "fault tolerance" mechanism,and enhancing the ability of discipline inspection and supervision to perform duties.
