Research On Improving The Performance Assessment System For The Building Of Good Party Conduct And Political Integrity Of J Company

The work of Party Building and political integrity in state-owned enterprises is an important part of the whole Party’s work of building good Party conduct and political integrity and fighting corruption,also an important political guarantee for the Party committee of state-owned enterprises to go through the requirements of comprehensively governing the Party strictly.Working to improve Party conduct and political integrity in state-owned enterprises is of great significance to creating a strong atmosphere of honest work,raising the internal competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,and continuing to promote the sustainable,steady the development of enterprises.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,building good Party conduct and political integrity has repeatedly appeared in General Secretary Xi Jinping’s major speeches.At present,strengthening the discipline and improving the working style,promoting the building of good Party conduct and political integrity,and further progress made in fighting corruption have become a strong political guarantee for the sustainable and sound development of modern state-owned enterprises.And the establishment of a sound,scientific and fair assessment system for the building of good Party conduct and political integrity has also become one of the important means to go through the requirements of integrated governing the Party strictly to make government employees not dare,not able,and not want to commit corruption.Company J is a wholly state-owned company approved and registered by the Kunming Municipal People’s Government in 2003,owned by the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.For improving the assessment system for the building of good Party conduct and political integrity,Company J compiled the responsibility documents of the work of Party Building and political integrity since 2018.Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper tries to study the assessment system for the building of good Party conduct and political integrity of Company J,analyzing problems and causes of the aforementioned system of Company J in terms of assessment process,assessment standards and assessment methods,and putting forward improvement suggestions in terms of assessment index,assessment methods and application of results in combination with theories related to management by objective.On the one hand,the purpose is to promote the major ideological transformation of subordinate companies from focusing on business assessment,the assessment of building good Party conduct and political integrity is just "going through the motions",to attaching importance to the assessment of Party Building and political integrity which further enhances the awareness of cadres and staffs who are Party members of integrity and self-discipline,so as to step up efforts to promote the work of Party building and political integrity and fighting corruption in the subordinate companies and ensure the sustainable and sound development of the main business of the Company.On the other hand,Company J is currently working on the preparation of the assessment system for the building of good Party conduct and political integrity.This paper attempts to explore a more scientific and fair assessment system to provide a scientific basis for the formation of the assessment system for the Party Building and political integrity of Company J,helping build the Company’s brand of "a state-owned enterprise with integrity".
