Copyright Protection Of Internet Literature In The Era Of Big Data

Big data makes a tremendous impact on many aspects of current social system and structure,culture and lifestyle;it subverts the traditional management system of companies.With the development of network literature for one decade,it results in the huge database caused by its digital feature.The excellent IP and the data created by propagation support the development of database application.However,the issue about copyright in this industry is common.Especially in recent years,with the appearance of excellent IP,movies and games adaptation suffer from copyright infringement.Because of it,the main task is how to protect the copyright of network literature based on big data.This paper analyzes the advantages of protecting copyright through big data and the issues about the copyright protection.Finally,it presents some suggestions about how to protect copyright in the age of big data.Big Data has certain advantages regarding network literature copyright protection.After more than ten years of development,websites such as Yuewen Group and Alibaba Literature have accumulated a large number of users and hot novel data.Through data mining,data analysis,and data visualization technologies,it is possible to find and display issues about copyright from multiple perspectives,which can curb the emergence of copyright threats has gradually become possible.By predicting data,stifling piracy in the cradle will be done.For online infringements that have occurred,using data traceability techniques,we can not only find specific infringements of bibliographies,user traffic,etc.but also roughly estimate the economic losses,fix data evidence,create a detailed inspection report to start the one-stop rights protection based on clicks.At the same time,the application of big data technology has also created new problems in online literature copyright,highlighting the issues of infringement in literary production and literary dissemination as well as the new difficulties in rights protection.At the stage of literary production,it seems to be "normal" for some writers to use "writing artifacts" and other applications to extract data to write.Due to a large number of books copied and their extremely wide range,it is difficult to be discovered.At the same time,because there is no clear rule about which domestic works can be used for reference,it is still controversial about whether unlimited writing and writing of popular works can be judged as infringement or not.At the stage of literary dissemination,the predictive ability of big data was used by pirated websites,because of this reason,illegal copying,piracy links,and overseas spontaneous translation infringement were more targeted.To capture the market by grabbing the audience's click-through rate,the infringement on popular works has already been extended in many aspects such as film and television,animation,and games,which result in a complete pirated industry.Since translators of translate articles mainly obtain income rely on readers' rewards or crowdfunding,the phenomenon of privately translating popular works and uploading free translations on the internet without authorizing the original authors is endless;Some translators even have vicious competition and infringe each other in order to snatch the audience click-through rate.Besides,with the development of the Internet and the advancement of technology,copyright owners are also facing new difficulties during the period of rights protection.Infringement works spread rapidly,and existing technology and equipment are difficult to store and process all data information,electronic evidence is easily destroyed,which is leading to the inaccurate identification of the infringing subject,difficulty in defending the rights of original authors,and poor litigation effectiveness.For the new issues of copyright protection of network literature caused by the application of big data technology,the targeted response measures should be taken from technical support,personnel training,and system construction.Specifically,the government can take the lead in setting up a big data monitoring platform to share copyright information;upgrading the level of big data technology to filter infringing activities and track the rights better;increasing education investment to cultivate talents for big data copyright protection;strengthening the top-level design,improving the corresponding laws and regulations.In the conclusion of this paper,the basic conclusions of the study and future research point are presented.
