Study On The Copyright Protection Of Network Literary In Digital Times

The popularization of network technique has accelerated the development of network literature,and made it gradually become an important content source for the creation and development of cultural industry in China.On the one hand,the network literature has the complete and flexible of the original content to make multi-domain,multi-dimensional development;On the other hand,the network literature has a considerable number of fans group,and this part of group also constitutes the main consumer group of the copyright development products.Network literature contains the huge copyright value,and has initially formed a integrated development chain which covering the creation,transmission,development process of all aspects.However,with the advance of science and technology and the acceleratiing process of the copyright development,right infringement in its creation,dissemination and copyright development stage has become increasingly serious.Therefore,to bulid an effecitive copyright protection system of network literature,and establish a healthy market environment is not only a requirement of the large-scale decelopment,but also provide network literature copyright industry chain an important guarantee.Based on the copyright protection of network literature,this paper analyzes the current situation,which contains the introduction of the development characteristics and representative works of network literature in different periods,and confirms the copyright value of network literature from the perspective of different derivative ways.Then,analysing the main problems in administrative,judicial,industry,and technology aspects,then summarizes the current copyright protection mechanism in China and puts forward the targeted recommendations to slove the proposal.
