Yugoslavia,a socialist country that does not belong to the "Soviet type",is more special in Eastern European countries, but at the end of the 1980s the political upheaval occurred at the same time as other countries. As the main successor of the former Yugoslavia,Serbia began to adjust the political, economic and diplomatic changes after the disintegration of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, trying to move closer to the European Union and the West and get rid of the isolated disadvantage of the West. After the disintegration of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia,Serbia was originally a unified country with Montenegro, and began to separate and move towards independence in 2006.At present,Serbia political change has effect, but is still fraught with difficulties. From the "tiger of the Balkans" to the relatively backward countries in central and Eastern Europe, the difficulties of political change in Serbia have profound reasons, and the future also faces arduous challenges.First, this paper reviews the research motivation and purpose at the same time reviewing the relevant literature, analyzing the background of the political change in Serbia, and introducing the historical heritage of Yugoslavia including the following periods:the historical Yugoslavia, the period of the federal people's Republic of Yugoslavia and the period of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The main content is the situation and problems faced by Serbia's domestic political economy before the breakup of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The process of political change in Serbia is analyzed in chronological order.By combing a series of changes that took place from the beginning of the 90s turbulent south alliance to the Milosevic era,the influence of this series of changes on the political situation and even international relations in Serbia was analyzed. After the disintegration of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, during the period from 1991 to 1995,the three major civil wars in China and the ensuing international sanctions had a strong impact on Serbia. After 2000,the bulldozer revolution opened the prelude to the political change in Serbia, and the first and fifth governments of Serbia based on the politics of the time has made a choiceThe rationalization of authority, the separation of the structure and the expansion of political participation constitute the watershed between the modern regime and the traditional regime, and at the same time the function of the political organization in the political modemization. From the above point of view, the factors affecting the political transformation of Yugoslavia after the disintegration of the Socialist Federal Republic of Serbia are analyzed. The political attempt of Milosevic opened the process of rationalizing the political authority of Serbia. The transformation of one party to multiparty system accelerated the differentiation of the political party structure. The great Serbia doctrine and national crisis expanded the national participation, and the participation of other political forces in the international society intensified the difficulty and complexity of political change in Serbia.
