Research On The Buliding Of Political Paiticipation Capacity Of Democratic Parties In Henan Province

The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the China Communist Party(CCP)is rooted in the unique “harmony” of the traditional cultureof Chinese nation.It is also rooted in the revolution of independence and liberation,andthe construction and road of reformof national revivalunder the leadership of CCP.This system will be developed in the great Chinese dream journey.When facing of the people's growing demand for a better life in the new era,“what kind of participating parties is needed,,and how to build ”,and “what kind of the ruling party is needed,and how to build ”,are all the important issues of the building China's modern political system,are the important practices of developing consultative democracy.For the connotation of the political party system,the leadership of CCP and the participation of democratic politics are two importantinseparable aspects,which willrequire the enhancing of the ruling ability,as well as the enhancing of the participating abilitybased on the consideration of political theory logic the practice of holistic consideration of democracy.The ability in participating government for Local Democratic Party politics is the basic elements of that of the whole party politics,thus,enhancing the local ability of the democratic parties participate in government and political affairs is essential topic,which the participating parties must face to and solve.Herein,by taking the practice of the democratic parties participate in government and political affairs in Henan province for reference,and by analyzing the activity of Henan democratic parties in participating politics,democratic supervision,political consultation,etc.we reveal the possible problem when Henan democratic parties work as participating parties.This paper also provides a thorough analyzing about the issues,such as the restraining factor during the political participation of Henan democratic parties,the inefficient function of consultation of political parties,the unfulfillment of democratic supervision,and the plight of the construction of participating parties.On this basis,by combining the function of the democratic parties,improving the ability of participating politics,and democratic supervision,political consultation and self-constructionof Henan democratic parties,constructive solutions forenhancing the construction of democratic parties are provided.In order to improve the ability of participating in political and political affairs,we propose to improve the relevant theoretical research,to optimize the mechanism of participating in political and political affairs,to fully take the advantages and integrate resources to form a joint construction path.In the aspect of improving the democratic supervision ability,we propose to clarify the boundary,achieve the “trinity”,deal with the “three relationships”and “three degrees”,and improve the establishment of “three mechanisms”.In improving political consultative ability,we propose to create a good political environment of multi-party cooperation,to optimize the theory,the legal system and the system of political consultation,to perfect the construction of political consultation content,form,application path.In terms of its construction,we propose to catch the key party leadership construction,pay attention to the ideological guidance,firm organization foundation,trainthe reserve cadres,adhere to the correct direction,bold innovation,and explore the establishment of a Democratic Party inner-party supervision mechanism.No doubt,the research about ability of democratic parties participating governmentis a complex system,which involves important multipletheoretical and practical problems,this article only from some aspects of exploratory researches,there are a lot of space for further exploration.
