Research On Construction Of The Ability Of Political Participation Of Heilongjiang Provincial Committee Of Chinese Peasants And Workers Democratic Party

Political participation,democratic supervision,political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China are the three basic functions of the democratic parties.Since its establishment,Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party has always focused on the central task and serving the overall interests,closely around the central works of CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and Heilongjiang Province People’s Government,gathered the concentration of superior strength,carried out the research activities deeply,promoted suggestions and advice actively,and earnestly fulfilled the functions of the participating parties.However,affected by many factors,the works of political participation of Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party is still facing many problems,for example: suggestion level needs to be further improved,the scope of democratic supervision needs to be extended,talent advantage of political paticipation is hard to play,research methods need to be innovated,division of functions needs to be rationalized,which have affected seriously the improvement of the ability to participate in politics.As the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics gose for a New Era,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has continuously increased the importance on the work of the United Front.At the present stage,to study deeply how to construct the ability of political participation of Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party,is of great practical significance to demonstrate the advantages of Chinese political party system and promote Chinese construction into a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern country.This paper took Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party as the research object,on the basis of exploring the establishment of the index system of the ablity of the democratic party to participate in political affairs,deeply analysed the current station and the main problems faced by Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party.Used literature research,field interview,empirical analysis,fuzzy analytical hierarchy process and other methods made a comprehensive evaluation of the ablity of Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party to participate in politics.This paper proposed the measures of internal rectification of strengthening ideological construction,system construction,talent team construction and organizational construction.It also put forwad the measures of external rectification of fully carrying forward and expanding the CCP’s internal democracy,expanding the democratic party’s right to know about state affairs,providing necessary spiritual support and material assistance,increasing the training of democratic party cadres and actual arrangements,strengthening the legal guarantee of the democratic party’s participation in politics,and improving the institutional basis of democratic party’s participation in politics,with a view to contributing to the consolidation of multiparty cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the CPC,and promoting the ability of Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party to participate in the administration of state affairs.
