A Study On Construction Of Practical Modes To Promote Young Pioneers' Awareness Of Group Participation

Historically,both China and the West have conducted different levels of research on consciousness,especially on the issue of consciousness in the field of philosophy has always been the focus of philosophers.However,there are only a handful of researches on participation consciousness that target young pioneers in education.Since the Young Pioneers built their own teams 69 years ago,they have had an immeasurable impact.They have played and are playing a huge and non-negligible role in school education.The development of Young Pioneers in the Young Pioneers team should be positive,active,and autonomous,and participation consciousness is the internal factor and strong driving force that promotes its enthusiasm,initiative,and autonomy.Young Pioneers are not without the consciousness of group participation,but their group participation consciousness has more room for improvement.It is necessary to guide the Young Pioneers to play the role of groups based on group dynamic theory,and to promote the awareness of group participation of Young Pioneers.This study selected the X City Pioneer Team to carry out relatively good A,B,C,D,E primary schools as the survey objects,and adopted the equidistant sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on 900 Young Pioneers of Grades 1 — 6,in order to scientifically determine the results.For comparison,the data obtained was analyzed using SPSS 17.0.The questionnaire is organized according to the four elements of group dynamics(group pressure,group cohesion,group decision-making,and group communication).This study also discusses the influence of these elements on the participation consciousness of the Young Pioneers and sets them according to these four factors.The corresponding questionnaire question.The group pressure was mainly investigated from the influence of headteachers,counselors,team cadres,peer groups,and parents;group cohesion was mainly examined from the aspects of group internal consistency,group goals,external environment,and leadership style within the group;It is the influence of the leaders within the group,such as the counselor teacher,the team leader,and the class leader;the group communication examines the communication between the young pioneers,the communication between the young pioneers and the counselor.Based on the comprehensive use of the questionnaire survey method and the literature analysis method,the study defines the concept of participation consciousness,the main body,and the formation of participation awareness of the three ways,and according to the results of the questionnaire,the analysis of the X city of young pioneers group participation awareness of the status quo.Constrained by a variety of factors,such as group pressure,group cohesion,group communication,or the young pioneers' age,physical and mental development characteristics,etc.,the Young Pioneers have participated in the Young Pioneers team and participated in organizational education,independent education,and practical activities.The impact of the emergence of team cadres and peer groups has a greater pressure on the group,the group cohesion gradually decreases with the increase of the grade,group decision-making by the young pioneers of the cadres and counselors greater impact,group communication and the gradual presentation of contradictions and so on.Based on the theory of group dynamics,this study analyzes the four elements of group dynamics(group pressure,group cohesion,group decision-making,and group communication)that influence the awareness of participation and proposes “participation-based” that promotes the participation of young pioneers.Practice mode.After grasping the practical concepts,operational principles,motivational factors,working methods,and processes of this practice model,starting from changing the formation of young pioneers in the form of teams,the younger players were involved in organizing education,independent education,and practical activities.The operational model emphasizes the main body and initiative of the Young Pioneers in this process.Young pioneers and families mainly play a supporting role.After the construction of the model,the main points of this study are the organizational education,inspiration and guidance in self-education,hands-off in practice,unwillingness,and assistance and support from families and young pioneers to better play the Young Pioneers.The enthusiasm and initiative of the staff participated in the promotion of the awareness of group participation by Young Pioneers.
