Research On Ren Bishi's Thought Of Masses Work

The masses work is the practice and operation of the masses viewpoint and masses line of the Communist Party of China,which plays an important role in the practice of governing the country by the Communist Party of China.As one of the leading leaders of the early stage of the party,Ren Bishi summarized rich experience of the masses work and formed a series of scientific masses work ideas and working methods in the long revolutionary career.Taking Ren Bishi's thought of masses work as the research object,this paper systematically expounded Ren Bishi's rich thought on the masses work from four aspects.The part one is the forming condition and development course of Ren Bishi's thought of masses work.Firstly,the conditions for the formation of Ren Bishi's masses work thought are introduced from two aspects of theory and practice.On the one hand,the Chinese traditional people based thought,the masses work thought of the classic Marx writers and Mao Zedong's ideas of masses work,are the theoretical origin of Ren Bishi's thought of masses work.On the other hand,the growth environment and the revolutionary practice in the period of the new democratic revolution,provided practical conditions for Ren Bishi's thought of masses work.Secondly,I combed and summarized the development course of Ren Bishi's thought of masses work,The formation and development of Ren Bishi's thought on masses work experienced four stags,they are the germination period,formation period,mature period and development period.The part two is the main content of Ren Bishi's thought of masses work.I elaborated the masses work thought of Ren Bishi from four aspects of the basic principle,the core viewpoint,the important way and the effective method using the method of system analysis in this part.Taking care of the interests of the masses and rely on the strength of the masses is the basic principle;Closing contact with the masses and strengthening the education of the masses view of the party members is the core point of view;It is an important way to learn from the masses actively making depth investigation and research;to improve the style of work and to learn the art of leading the masses is an effective way.Which is the key of the part two.The part three is the basic characteristics of Ren Bishi's thought of masses work.Through the combination of Ren Bishi's revolutionary work career,the basic characteristics of Ren Bishi's ideas of masses work are analyzed and summarized.Which are the combination of masses work and youth work;the combination of masses work and Party's construction;taking into account the practical interests and long-term interests of the masses.All of this are Ren Bishi's unique theoretical features formed closely with his own work practice.It can be the difficulty of this article,and also an innovation.The part four is the contemporary value and practical significance of Ren Bishi's thought of the masses work.According to the current background of the time,I summed up the contemporary value and practical significance for Ren Bishi's thought of the masses work.Ren Bishi's thought of masses work has important theoretical value.Which is mainly embodied in enriching the content of Mao Zedong's thought of masses work,promoting the development of Sinicization of Marxism and improving the cohesiveness of the ruling party,at the same time,it is conducive to enhancing the enthusiasm and creativity of the masses in realizing the "Chinese dream" and so on.
