Research On The Thought About Youth Work Of Ren Bishi

Ren Bishi is one of the members of the first generation of the leadership group with Mao Zedong as the core.The youth work led by Ren Bishi is throughout his 30 years of revolutionary career.He loved and cared for the youth,led the youth movement realistically,actively explored the road suitable for the development of the youth movement in China through investigation and research,made great contributions to the promotion of the youth work in China,and formed a rich and unique youth work thought,which is also a glorious part of his great revolutionary achievements.Therefore,Ren Bishi was called "the most intimate mentor of youth." At present,the study of Ren Bishi's youth work thoughts,especially the specific content of Ren Bishi's youth work thoughts,is summarized and analyzed.The analysis of outstanding youth work methods and principles is conducive to guiding the reform of the Communist Youth League in the new era and promoting the development of youth work.This article mainly elaborates Ren Bishi's youth work thought from four aspects.Firstly,it discusses the conditions and research significance of Ren Bishi's youth work thoughts.Secondly,it combs the theoretical sources of Ren Bishi's youth work thought.This paper expounds the formation of Ren Bishi's youth work thought from the stages of germination,formation and development.Thirdly,from paying attention to the status and role of youth,strengthening ideological and political work for youth,the construction theory of the Communist Youth League,and caring for youth to guide youth to grow up and become talented,this paper focuses on the specific content of Ren Bishi's youth work thought.Fourthly,through the analysis of the problems and challenges existing in the current youth work,we can tap Ren Bishi's youth work thought to the value resources and practical enlightenment of youth work in the new era.
