Ideological and political education has a long history in China,as an excellent tradition of the Communist Party,it is both a historically profound practice and an era-based consolidate project.It's goal is to improve the ideological and moral qualities and political literacy of social members,and help people achieve free and comprehensive development,and cultural construction also serves the development of human beings,so there is a convergence of directions and a consistency of goals between ideological and political education and culture.Since China connected to the Internet in 1994,it has experienced decades of development,now the cyberculture has swept across the country,it's influence has penetrated into various industries including education,and it has also spread to all aspects of social life.In order to achieve theoretical innovation under the new time background,it is essential to do in-depth study and fully exploration of the recessive functions of ideological and political education of cyberculture.At the National Colleges Ideological and Political Work Conference in 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we must persist in involving ideological and political work throughout the education and teaching process,and cultivate people in the whole process and in an all-round way.It can be seen that under the new historical conditions,the Communist Party and the people have higher expectations and more strict requirements for ideological and political education.The intrinsic links between cyberculture and ideological and political education,the progress of the times,and the deployment of the country all call for a new development of functional theory of ideological and political education.The article consists of three parts.The introduction part introduces the origin and significance of the research,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,methods,innovation and inadequacy.The text is divided into three chapters:the first chapter introduces the concept and characteristics of cyberculture and the recessive functions of ideological and political education,and analyzes the characteristics of the recessive functions of ideological and political education of cyberculture,and points out that cyberculture has five recessive functions:adjustment function,feedback function,condensation function.self-education function and socialization function;the second chapter discusses the status quo of the recessive functions of cyberculture from the aspects of achievements and insufficiencies,and analyzes the reasons for the deficiencies;the third chapter in response to the questions raised in the previous section,and proposes corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of theoretical research,resource development,carrier application,and environmental construction,aiming to fully exert the recessive functions of ideological and political education of cyberculture.The conclusion part reviews and summarizes the main contents,writing ideas,and writing features of this article,it is expected that more scholars will make innovative fusion studies about cyberculture and ideological and political education.
