With the expansion of economic globalization, the world political multi-polarization, cultural pluralism,Chinese and Western ideology interaction of mutual contest,a variety of values.Mingled with the situation,which led to the army’ideological and political education work facing very complex environment.Being in such a complex environment,the soldier’s mission responsibilities,ideals,beliefs,values,and interests of drivers,the main body awareness,mental health,as well as troops interpersonal new changes,especially the contemporary soldier showing new characteristics,such as thinking,active,independent character,pride and individuality,this is precisely the dominant ideological and political education out of tune with our military "indoctrination"style,which led to the effect of the weakening of the army’s ideological and political education.Therefore,the army’s ideological and political education work is necessary to introduce the implicit ideological and political education,in order to alleviate the weakening of the ideological and political education of the military status quot,to enhance its effectiveness.Implicit ideological and political education from the start of the1980s,more and more attention of academics,but generally speaking,the study of implicit ideological and political education is still relatively fragmented,not systematic.
