The Protection Of The Right To Privacy Of Comprehensive Personal Information In The Era Of Artificial Intelligence

With the development of artificial intelligence and big data,those new technology enriched our lives,but it also accelerated the collection,use and dissemination of personal information,and brought a huge challenge to our personal privacy;Integrated personal information is a kind of advanced processing result of personal privacy information on this basis,which has the characteristic of digital personality right.Based on the integration of personal information in the era of artificial intelligence,this paper discusses the new challenges to the protection of the privacy of personal information and the corresponding improvement measures.In addition to the introduction,this article is divided into five chapters.The preface mainly expounds the necessity of the protection of the right to privacy of integrated personal information,starting from the problems existing in the current reality,deeply analyzes the theoretical perfection of the protection of the right to privacy of integrated personal information and its concrete application in reality.The first chapter mainly discusses artificial intelligence and integrated personal information.Through the way of historical process,this paper expounds the basic concepts and forms of artificial intelligence,at the same time,it gives a basic orientation for artificial intelligence in the foreseeable future.Then it introduces the advanced information form under artificial intelligence technology,that is,the concept and expression form of integrated personal information,as well as its evolution process and causes,so that we can have an intuitive understanding of these new concepts and phenomena.The second chapter mainly studies the nature and risk of integrated personal information.Emphasizing in particular that the integration of personal information goes far beyond the scope of the concept of the right to privacy as a specific personality right,and that in the continuous progress of moderrn technologies such as artificial intelligence,The high-level form of digital personality right has even touched the field of general personality right.The third chapter mainly discusses the integration of the basic principle of the protection of personal information privacy.From the personal information right to self-determination perspective on its definition,and from the legal personality,further interpretation of the law philosophy basis of integration of personal information privacy protection law value,finally from the cultivation of independent personality consciousness,practical effect to maintain good social morality and expand international exchanges and cooperation to show its importance.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the status of the protection of privacy of personal information integration.Analysis of the discrete model in the United States and the EU unified model,through the comparison of two typical models,combined with China's social status in the country,as well as three aspects of personal protection,as in the process of personal information privacy in our country.Especially the integrated protection of personal information privacy which is unique in providing targeted and effective reference.The fifth chapter mainly puts forward the pertinence suggestion.This paper puts forward systematic and comprehensive opinions and suggestions from three angles:the combination of special legislation and comprehensive law,the combination of industry self-discipline and information technology,and the combination of right consciousness and network morality.The innovation of this paper is from the perspective of the advanced privacy of personal information in the era of artificial intelligence,and puts forward the protection mode of the combination of law and other social systems,and gives targeted protection to the most urgent part of personal privacy.
