Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Rail Transit Public Service

The role of urban rail transit in the urban three-dimensional transportation system cannot be neglected.It connects every link of urban public transport as the main artery of urban traffic.Therefore,the quality of the public service of urban rail transit is directly related to the convenience of social public.It is inseparable from the fine operation of urban traffic.This article starts with an angle of discussing the deficiencies on the process of city rail transit public service.It takes the example of the current situation of Suzhou city rail transit public service,analyzing the causes of the problems at the present stage.Furthermore,it puts forward the measures and suggestions for improving the public service function of city rail traffic.The article is divided into five parts.The introduction mainly introduces the background of the research of the topic,the purpose and meaning of the study,and the current research status at home and abroad.The first chapter is mainly about the concept definition and the main theoretical basis for the research.The second chapter presents the current status of the public service of Suzhou urban rail transit from a overall point of view,and concretely introduces the measures and the results achieved at the present stage.The third chapter mostly expounds the problems faced by the public service of urban rail transit in Suzhou at the present stage,and correspondingly analyses the reasons for the problems.The fourth chapter pertinently puts forward suggestions and measures to improve the quality of service,taking the problems of public service of rail transit as guidance.
