Research On Financial Consumers Personal Information Protection System

Looking at the history of human development,we have experienced an agricultural society represented by farming,the industrial society with a big machine as its mode of operation,and now gradually transitioning to an information-based information society,each historical stage of development has its own specific development model and emphasis,and in the information society,there is no doubt that our development depends on the information we have,especially with the advent of the Internet+ era,with the Internet as the medium of communication,information resources have already shaken off the embarrassment of traditional information transmission methods,at the same time,the new media has facilitated the use of the economic value of information resources.In a nutshell,the economic value of information resources determines the crazy desire of market players for information resources,while the possession and competition for information resources will cause leakage of information to a certain extent.Therefore,information security has become an issue that has to be concerned about under the Internet+major background,in particular,in the financial consumers personal information field closely related to personal property,the damage caused by information leakage affects not only financial consumers and individuals but also households,worse still,it will endanger the order of the entire financial industry and create a negative and harmonious state of the financial competitive environment.Therefore,in order to cope with this situation,it is necessary for us to build a complete financial consumers personal information protection system.This paper combines the relevant problems existing in the protection of personal information of financial consumers in China,and tries to construct a set of financial consumers personal information protection system.And this article has four parts:the first part outlines the specific meaning of financial consumers personal information and elaborates on the necessity of its protection.The second part mainly describes the current situation of our country in protecting personal information of financial consumers,and gives an analysis of the deep-seated problems behind the status quo,and finds out the shortcomings in the protection of personal information of financial consumers in China.In the third part,it systematically examines the advanced experience of financial consumers in the EuropeanUnion,the United States,Japan,and other countries in the protection of personal information of financial consumers,analyzes and summarizes the findings in order to seek inspiration from China.Finally,after the combination of out-of-field protection experience analysis,we set out a set of relatively complete financial consumers personal information protection systems based on our country's specific national conditions.
