Judges' independent and professional exercise of their functions and powers is an important guarantee for realizing judicial justice.Therefore,the restriction and punishment of judges' rights is an indispensable part of modern country's rule of law.In general,judges' rights lack effective and good supervision and restriction mechanisms,and the credibility of the judiciary receives social suspicions.Therefore,setting up a restraint mechanism for judges and an effective punishment system can ensure the credibility and independence of the judiciary,and thus effectively guarantee the administration of justice.Public credibility.Before 2016,there was no special independent judicial disciplinary system in China.At the end of 2016,the Supreme People's Courts Law promulgated the "Opinions on Establishing a Judgement System for Punishment(Trial)" and the reform of the disciplinary system for judges in China began.In March 2018,the Constitutional Amendment and Supervision Act came to power.A new national supervision system with the supervision committee as the main body of supervision was formally formed.The Supervisory Committee integrated the former administrative supervision department,disciplinary inspection department,and prosecutor's office against corruption and became the power of national supervision.The only enforcement unit is designed to efficiently deal with the crimes committed by public officials and their violation of laws and regulations.As a public officer,the judge is supervised by the Supervisory Committee.As a judge,he is also the object of the judge's disciplinary system.Based on the background of this research,this article examines and researches the disciplinary system of advanced judges outside the region,and combines the impact of China's supervisory system reform on the reform of judges disciplinary reforms,discusses the development path for the reform of the judicial disciplinary system in China,and finally draws the disciplinary form of judges in China.The National Supervisory Commission can be responsible for the issue of crimes committed by judges and provide judges with the minimum standards of conduct.The Judges' Disciplinary Committee uses judge misconduct as a disciplinary criterion to provide judges with higher professional ethical standards and professional standards in order to achieve higher standards.The overall quality of the community enhances the effectiveness of judicial credibility.Finally,from a practical point of view,it proposes ideas for the composition of judges and disciplinary commissions in China,the functions and functions,and the cooperation and division of labor between the supervisory committees.
