The Effective Exploration And Mode Optimization Of Revolutionary Tradition Education Of Teenagers In The New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Under the influence of "Internet +","self-media" and "big data",the thoughts and behaviors of teenagers are diversified.Therefore,to carry out revolutionary tradition education to teenagers is faced with many realistic difficulties.The revolutionary tradition education for the young people in the new era is the comprehensive system of the correct value guidance,the red culture inheritance,the excellent traditional cultivation and the social practice education.On the basis of the relevant academic theories of education in the new era of the youth revolution in the new era,the paper combines multi-disciplinary research methods.Effectiveness of revolutionary tradition education to teenagers as the fundamental direction,this study attempts to optimize the traditional education model which is adapted to the physical and mental characteristics of contemporary adolescents and has the value of popularization and reference.the national(jinggangshan)revolutionary traditional education base for young people has been focusing on improving its pertinence and effectiveness of revolutionary tradition with its unique teaching paradigm since 2013.Its effect is widely concerned.This is a natural and typical case of the study to explore the effectiveness of the young revolutionary traditional education in the new era.This study took the opportunity of the summer practice of "Jinggang feeling,China dream",after four years of tracking and investigation,taking the practice team members in universities as samples,the questionnaire survey is carried out around the cognition,recognition,practice and challenge of young revolutionary traditional education in the new era.Using the principle of ideological and political education and combining with experts and students in-depth interviews to explore the validity of the "Jinggangshan model",that is,the realization of educational goals,the infectivity of educational behavior,the harvest of educational objects and the persistence of educational effect.This study optimizes the traditional educational mode of youth revolutionary tradition in the new era from four angles,such as concept,content,method and mechanism.In concept,take high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education.Giving full play to the value of revolutionary culture,carrying the connotation of education with red resources,and promoting the internalization and externalization of educational effect.On the optimization of educational content,thefocus is on the ideal and belief education,the revolutionary spirit education,the social identity education and the moral education for the young people in the new era.In the aspect of innovation of education method,advocating the consistency of education subject and education object,self education and peer education combined,mutualing promotion of school education and family education,we should form a resultant force between new media education and traditional education,efforts are made to realize the interaction of communication mechanism,incentive mechanism,feedback mechanism and guarantee mechanism.
