The Study On Policy Support Of Rural Tourism In The Dabie Mountains Revolutionary Area ——A Case Study Of Y District

Y County is situated in the Dabie Mountains revolutionary area,it is a national poverty county.It was only lifted out of poverty in 2018.How to effectively link up the achievements of poverty alleviation with the promotion of rural revitalization is a realistic subject that Y County must face for a long time at present and even in the future.The effective means to answer this question is to make full use of the unique advantages of rich tourism resources in Y County and develop rural tourism.On the basis of clarifying the concepts and theories related to rural tourism,this paper sorts out the general situation of policy support for rural tourism in Y County from the aspects of management subjects,development planning,fiscal policies,featured items and development environment.Analysis shows that rural tourism obtain remarkable results in the formation of industrial chain,job creation,brand building,rural social undertakings and other aspects of the development in Y county.At the same time,Y County still has deficiencies in the pertinence,coverage,public service system construction and other aspects of policy support.The reasons for these problems mainly include the lack of in-depth scheduling research in policy formulation,certain deviations in policy implementation,and incomplete policy feedback mechanism.To facilitate the high-quality growth of rural tourism in Y County,some optimized countermeasures and suggestions are come up: Firstly,improving the scientific nature of policy formulation,focusing on top-level design,policy system,integration of cultural and tourism;Secondly,developing tourism projects with distinctive features,focusing on developing revolutionary tourism,health tourism and smart tourism.Thirdly,improving policy operation mechanisms and establishing policy feedback mechanism.This paper has possible innovations: firstly,the research perspective is relatively new;secondly,the countermeasures and suggestions have strong pertinence and maneuverability.At the same time,there are shortcomings: firstly,the study is one-sided;secondly,the theoretical analysis is not enough;thirdly,the countermeasures in different conditions and environments still need to be further studied.
