A Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Application Of Regional Cultural Resources In The Young Pioneers Activities

The Young Pioneers of China,as a children’s organization that founded and led by the Communist Party of China,is the most significant supporter for the party and the government to carry out the work of children.The activity is the life of Young Pioneers,is the most important way for young children to organize awareness of education.Area as a primary school the Young Pioneers root growth and soil,its unique regional culture is a basic standpoint in the development of the Young Pioneers school activities,at the same time,the Young Pioneers organization culture carries cultural and spiritual temperament is also important forces to promote regional cultural transmission and inheritance.Therefore,the Young Pioneers organization through regional culture constantly promote the development of innovative Young Pioneers activities,to improving the quality of the Young Pioneers activities,promote the spread of regional culture inheritance,guide the young pioneers sets up the broad ideal plays an important role.Based on this,this article through the empirical study analyzed the regional cultural resources in the Young Pioneers activities using the current situation,problems and the reasons,and proposed the corresponding countermeasure,seeks to promote the development of the Young Pioneers activities fully utilize regional culture resources,draw rich nutrition from regional culture actively,build system with regional characteristics of the Young Pioneers activities,so as to better play to the young pioneers organization education function,to promote the healthy growth of children and adolescents.Through the middle of Zhejiang region of school counselor and young pioneers sampling survey,the questionnaire respectively from three dimensions,the current situation of application,using the form,application effective,inspect the present situation of the use of regional cultural resources in Young Pioneers activities.The study found that regional culture resources in the application of the Young Pioneers school activities is supported by the young pioneers counselors,the love of the young pioneers.But overall use of regional cultural resources in the Young Pioneers activities situation is not optimistic,and the differences between rural and urban areas.Form of regional cultural resources in the application of the Young Pioneers activities mainly school-based teaching materials and visit,project construction is relatively insufficient.School of the Young Pioneers activities carried out for the effective use of regional cultural resources is not only to promote the harmonious development of the young pioneers of body and mind,and to promote the spread of regional culture inheritance.The development of the Young Pioneers school activities,in the use of regional cultural resources in the process of the main problems:the contents of the Young Pioneers activities of regional culture resources lack of depth;Regional culture resources in the form of the Young Pioneers activities using the lack of innovation;Regional culture resources in the Young Pioneers activities using the lack of perfect security.The reason mainly comes from:Governments and schools don’t pay enough attention;The young pioneers counselors lack of professional guidance;Family,school and community lack of effective coordination organization.Based on the above analysis,this paper respectively from the government,schools,the young pioneers counselors,family and social four aspects put forward to promoting regional cultural resources in the Young Pioneers activities effective use of optimization strategies.The government should guarantee and improve the utilization rate of regional cultural resources;The school should be good at using regional cultural resources to strengthen and promote the construction of the Young Pioneers activity system;Counselors should enhance and enhance regional cultural literacy and activity guidance;Families and communities should support and promote the integration of internal and external resources.So as to effectively promote the development of the Young Pioneers activities absorbing the essence of culture,activate the Young Pioneers organization,improving the quality of the Young Pioneers activities,brand construction of the Young Pioneers activities,reflect regional culture characteristics of the Young Pioneers activities system form,to better guide the young pioneers to establish cultural confidence and promote the healthy growth of the young pioneers,makes the young pioneers of region culture disseminator and inheritance.
