Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Red Cultural Theme Activities Of The Young Pioneers

The activities of the Young Pioneers’ red culture theme refer to the activities that take the content of the red culture as the theme and rely on the activities of the Young Pioneers as the carrier to transmit the red revolutionary culture and revolutionary spirit to children.It is an effective bridge between the school and the society,and has a positive influence on the effective development of the Young Pioneers and the healthy development of the Young Pioneers.Therefore,in recent years,the academic circles from the connotation,significance,type and form,effectiveness and many other aspects of the discussion and achieved some results.Some researchers believe that the current theme activities carried out by many schools have some problems that need to be solved,such as single form,vague subject and weak awareness.However,the related studies have some defects such as superficial,superficial,lack of pertinence and systematism,and less attention is paid to the effectiveness of the activities.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand and analyze the current situation of the red cult-themed activities carried out by the Young Pioneers and explore effective solutions.Based on the effectiveness of the study,based on the questionnaire survey and interview,this study has a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the reality of the cognition,emotion,will and behavior of the Young Pioneers and the Young Pioneers’ counselors on the red culture,points out the main problems and analyzes the reasons behind them,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.This study mainly includes the following five parts.The first part,introduction.This paper mainly introduces the main ideas of this research from five aspects: the reason of topic selection,literature review,research purpose and research significance,research method and concept definition.The second part,research design and investigation process.This study randomly selected from three schools in jinan in shandong province of 300 young pioneers and52 young pioneers counselors as investigation object,from the redcognition,red feelings,red thoughts and red behavior aspects such as open questionnaire and interview survey,explore the real shape of the young pioneers red cultural theme activity,to discover and summarized the typical problems of the foundation.The third part,the existing problems and reason analysis.The survey found that the Young Pioneers have problems such as lack of knowledge,weak feelings,weak will and lack of behavior.Then combined with the specific problems,it excavates the reasons behind the cognitive bias,limited conditions,lack of support,lack of attention and so on.The fourth part,countermeasures.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures from the aspects of enhancing red cognition,cultivating red feelings,honing red will and practicing red behavior,so as to provide reference strategies for carrying out red culture-themed activities of the Young Pioneers,and devote itself to improving the effect of red culture-themed activities of the Young Pioneers and the development of the construction of the Young Pioneers.
