China's Young Pioneers is the largest and most influential organization for children and adolescents in China,it is also the main place for children to carry out socialism learning activities with Chinese characteristics.However,under the examination-oriented education environment,there has a distinct sense of boundary between Young Pioneers and classes,then it affects the implementation of Young Pioneers' activities in primary schools.At the same time,under the background of the new era,the Young Pioneers have also been endowed with new connotations,so it is necessary to study the implementation strategies of the activities of Young Pioneers in primary schools to adapt to the new era.In view of this,the purpose of this study is to investigate the actual situation of the implementation of Young Pioneers' activities in primary schools,and according to the new requirements of the new era for the Young Pioneers,to construct the framework for the implementation of Young Pioneers' activities in the new era.Taking seven primary schools in P District of Kunming as the research object,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and so on.The research is according to the idea of "putting forward problems-establishing frameworks-analyzing problems-solving problems".The main research contents and results are as follows:Firstly,this part will start from the research origin,research purpose,research significance,research methods and a summary of research status at home and abroad.Secondly,defined the new era,Young Pioneers,Young Pioneers' activities and other related concepts,it elaborates the basis of research and policy documents,then combine with the summary of Young Pioneers' activities in primary schools in the context of the new era and construct a framework,prepare for further research.Thirdly,through the questionnaires and interviews,this paper investigates the current situation of the implementation of Young Pioneers' activities in primary schools.Starting from the external support level and the internal core level of the implementation of the Young Pioneers' activities to carry out the current situation investigation,and analyses the existing problems.Thesurvey found that:At the level of external support,schools still lack the precise implementation of policies;Counselors have problem of job burnout;Parent groups and students have low acceptance and participation.At the internal core level,the activity class hours are still not fully guaranteed;The design process of activity theme does not fully show the subjectivity of team members;There is a phenomenon of "performance" in the activities;The forms and contents are out of touch with students' needs;There is a lack of in-depth integration and development of young pioneers' activity resources;The evaluation and incentive system of Young Pioneers' activities is not perfect.Fourthly,in view of the above situation and problems,put forward improvement countermeasures for the Young Pioneers' activities to adapt to the new era.It from the external support level to the internal core level.Finally,to sum up my research,then find gaps and summarize deficiencies.
