The Design And Implementation Of Party Members' Ideological And Political Education APP From The Perspective Of Smart Education

The support and guidance of national policies,the reform and renewal of educational concepts,and the mature development of a new generation of information technology,have motivated the in-depth transformation between educational informatization and smart education.Nowadays,mobile learning has been widely used in many fields,such as pre-school,elementary school,vocational training and etc.By contrast,Party member's ideological and political education falls behind.The deficiency in the mobile learning platforms of Party members' ideological and political education is its incapability of satisfying the individualized learning,unsatisfactory interaction,poor visualization and unadapted to the situation of smart education.Consequently,based on the theory of smart education,the essay is written on designing an APP for Party member's ideological and political education aiming at raising Party members' learning efficiency.The APP will establish a high frequency network and strong platform,and also make an exploration for the fusion of smart education and mobile learning.Collating and analyzing the current situation about mobile learning,Party member's learning platform and educational APP,the essay is on research of the necessity and feasibility of introducing smart education after reading numbers of references related.Secondly,the essay is analyzing on the users of mobile phone online education course,the Party member's characteristics,the advantages of APP and the characteristics of the same Party member's education APP.Based on the three characteristics of smart education:data,intelligence and connectivity,the essay gives advices on a whole project of the APP of Party member's ideological and political education.Thirdly,comparing with various technologies.Android Studio is chosen as the tool,Java and PHP as the development language,with the help of MySQL database technology and JPush technology,the essay finishes the design of function modules,learning resources and database.Finally,by testing,a conclusion is settled that the APP can realize the dynamic,efficient and timely individualized intelligent education.Next,the author will further analyze the learners' application feedback information,study advanced smart APP cases,improve the design of the APP,and truly realize the intelligent learning,dynamic convergence,orderly evolution,adaptive presentation of learning resources,raise the learning interest and learning efficiency.
