Cultural construction is an important part of socialist modenization.The development of social economy and politics opens up the way for the development of culture,and cultural construction can be reaction to national economy and political construction.The report on the work of government suggests that "the more cultural strong,the more nation strong.without a high degree of cultural self-confidence,without culture prosper,there is no the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation",Our country is paying high attention on the construction of national culture.In the current situation,research and review Stalin's development and deviation of Lenin's thought of cultural revolution,sum up the experiences of both sides,will make great reference significance for the development of the socialist culture in China.Lenin is the founder of the theory and the construction of socialist culture,Stalin as a great controversial leader in the history of the Soviet union,his thought of Lenin's "cultural revolution"has a personal style,which has both development and deviation.This article start from the "cultural revolution" thought of Lenin,sum up Stalin's development and deviation of Lenin's "cultural revolution" thought,on the basis of analyzing the reasons and results,to learn about the Chinese enlightenment of the construction of socialist culture.This paper is divided into four parts.In the first part of this paper.I elaborated Lenin's thought of "cultural revolution".Including the formation process of the thought,the main content and its practical results.In early 1923,Lenin first proposed the idea of "cultural revolution" in the article on cooperatives.After that,he elaborated on this idea in different articles several times.Under the guidance of Lenin's thought of "cultural revolution",in the 1920s,the Soviet union appeared the "golden age" of cultural history.In the second part of this paper.I mainly discussed Stalin's development of Lenin's thought of "cultural revolution".It includes the development performance,the achievement in practice and the cause analysis of development.Under the guidance of Lenin's thought of "cultural revolution",Stalin continued to popularize education,eliminate illiteracy and develop science and technology,in order to exert cultural influence on promote the prosperity of science and technology culture.During the first five-year plan,university education was developed rapidly.During the second five-year plan period,the university cultivated nearly 370,000 engineers and technicians,and the science and technology developed rapidly too.At the same time,Stalin paid attention on the propaganda work of marxism.Under his efforts,the Soviet marxist theory construction made progress.In the third part of this paper.s mainly discussed Stalin's deviation from Lenin's thought of "cultural revolution",including the deviant,the result of deviation,the reason of deviation and so on.After the "great transformation" in the political and economic field,the Soviet union implemented the "great transformation" in the ideological field from November 1929 to the end of 1932.At the same time,Stalin's ideology and culture formed in the "great transformation".Stalin introduced the theory of class struggle into cultural undertakings.Administrate centralized of cultural undertakings;Control the intellectuals and various academic idea.These behaviors deviated from the democratic and liberal parts of Lenin's thought of "cultural revolution" and had a negative impact on the development of the Soviet union.The cause of Stalin to Lenin's "cultural revolution" thought had divergence is complex,including their judgment about the international and domestic situation different,choose different ways of socialist construction and so on.In the fourth part of this paper.I aimed to draw inspiration to the construction of Chinese socialist culture by analyzing Stalin's development and deviation of Lenin's thought of "cultural revolution".For example,we should adhere to the leadership of the proletarian party for cultural undertakings;Absorbing the best ideas of all mankind;To respect the development law of cultural undertakings;To deal with the relationship between academic debate and class struggle;Promote academic freedom and democracy.
