The Analysis Of Algerian Wedding Ceremony From Perspective Of Anthropology

The wedding ceremony is one of the important ceremonies of life etiquette.It is a permanent ritual that integrates into the new environment.It is also an important part of folk life and symbolizes the transformation of the stage of life.Therefore,before and after the wedding,personal social roles will also change greatly.Personal identity has changed,replaced or added by new identities and roles.With the development of society and the progress of the times,wedding ceremonies have shown different characteristics in different countries,different nationalities,and different periods.The wedding ceremony in A1 Jalia province in Algeria discussed in this article has its uniqueness and has become an important carrier of rational cultural heritage in its long history.With the continuous deepening of globalization,the exchange of culture and trade between countries in the world has become increasingly frequent,which has brought tremendous opportunities for anthropological research.The research on overseas ethnography is changing with each passing day,and research results have gradually increased.The first chapter of the thesis mainly focuses on the introduction of the cultural background of the wilderness point of Jijel Province in the Algerian Republic,the selection of field points,the process of entering the field,and the environment of the wilderness point of Jijel Province.The second chapter is based on the data obtained from the field investigation.Take the wedding ceremony in Jijel as a starting point to describe the wedding ceremony of the bride Saiman and the groom Khalid respectively.In the third chapter,based on the field investigation,field investigation and literature reading,the author combs the field materials.The use of Fanzenep’s"transition etiquette" theory to analyze the process of wedding ceremony in Jijel province.The fourth chapter discusses the role transition in the wedding ceremony,and analyzes the problem of role transition in the wedding ceremony of Jilller from the perspective of the conversion process and cultural symbols.The conclusion is a summary of the significance of the entire wedding ceremony of Jijel.By observing the participation of the wedding ceremony in Jijel Province,the author comprehensively records and combs the wedding customs,and then analyzes the overall cultural structure of the wedding ceremony in Jijel from an anthropological point of view,and on this basis,explains the Jijel.The transformation of individual and group family roles and social identities in wedding ceremonies,especially the analysis of the identity of the protagonists of the wedding ceremony,that is,the conversion of the identity of the bride and groom.Through a series of ceremonial transitions,they completed the detachment of their original families.After a rich and varied wedding ceremony,they had a new family identity and social status.They completed the trilogy of the wedding ceremony:separation etiquette,marginal etiquette,and polymerization.Etiquette,the wedding ceremony held in Jijel province has made newly established families recognized and accepted in ethnic society.
