Research On Force Of State Management Problem Under The View Of Rule Of Law

This article focuses on the grand theme of ruling the country by law in an all-round way,systematically explains the theoretical connotation of governing the country by law and the state power management,comprehensively summarizes the practice of the CPC in exploring the state power management,deeply analyzes the existing problems of the state power management and its reasons.Taking the grand strategic goal of governing the country according to law as an all-round guideline,to think and explore the concept and the realistic path of scientific management of state power under the condition that socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era.This article consists of three parts.The first part is about the rule of law and the management of state power,and systematically expounds the core of governing the country according to law,the basic connotation of managing the state power and the realistic demand of scientifically managing state power.In the second part,on the basis of reviewing the practice of the CPC in exploring the management of state power,this part deeply analyzes the existing problems and the deep reasons of our country’s power management.The third part puts forward the new idea of managing state power and the specific path of scientific management of state power.
