The International Department is the department that is in charge of the foreign affairs of the SEAC. It administrates and gives guide to all the departments in the SEAC and the units attached to the SEAC in the foreign affairs. It is an important work that to do a good job of SEAC's foreign affairs work to serve the overall interests of the country's diplomacy, to serve the ethnic minorities and minority areas's sound and fast development, and to serve the national unity and country stability.
