With the continuous improvement of informatization level in our country,the importance of informatization in public security work has become increasingly prominent.Since the “Golden Shield” project was proposed by the Ministry of Public Security,police nationwide have invested a large amount of manpower and material resources to promote the construction of information platforms.In the daily policing work,these information platforms have helped the police in handling cases and increased their efficiency.However,due to the inconsistent data storage standards of various platforms and the decentralized system,causing a lot of problems such as information islands and low utilization rate of case information,to raise new requirements for public security informatization work.This paper proposes a framework for the design of a comprehensive police information platform for criminal investigations,in order to achieve a unified multi-platform scheduling,improve the police's efficiency in handling cases,and strengthen the ability to prevent crime.This paper focuses on the police integrated information platform.Based on the description of the platform functional structure design concept and construction method,the key technologies of big data visualization analysis are deeply studied.The main work and innovation are as follows:(1)Design the platform modules and database form.According to the results of previous investigations from multiple places,the basic contents to be entered in the case are determined,and the standard format for entry is unified.To achieve the ultimate goal of the platform,the platform is divided into four modules: case basic information management,case information visualization analysis,video image acquisition,and strategy reporting.Based on the analysis results of each functional module,the corresponding database form is designed.(2)The overall architecture of the platform and the implementation of the basic case information management module.Using the PHP language,HTML language,and JavaScript language as platform development languages,the platform's title bar,side menu bar,and function implementation area were implemented.Based on this,the platform was able to standardize and query basic case information.According to the design of the platform database form,a corresponding database form is created in the SQLite database for storing all the data information.(3)Research and implement the case data visualization analysis function.At the part of data visualization analysis,the 24-hour weighted analysis method of case information and the nuclear density spatial clustering analysis method are mainly studied.Using the API hotspot function and HighCharts chart library in the map,time clustering analysis and spatial clustering analysis of various types of cases are realized in the platform,and the high-incidence period and high-risk area of a certain type of crime in the target area are calculated.(4)Realize the video image acquisition module.In order to enrich the content of the basic information of the case,an NVR network video monitoring network is built in the platform.And the platform can realize real-time retrieval and processing of monitoring within the scope of key management and control.
