A Case Study Of Intelligent Video Surveillance System In Taohuayuan Scenic Spot

With the rapid improvement of people's living standards,the appreciation degree of the attractions is getting higher and higher,the era of mass tourism has come.In recent years,the number of tourists and vehicles have continued to increase,which followed by a series of issues such as traffic,scenic security prevention and control,scenic management and social security.Especially the frequent occurrence of tourism safety accidents,the problem of scenic safety management is becoming more serious.Not only does the problem seriously endanger the people's personal and property safety,but also it has a negative impact on the development of tourism.To win the security initiative of the scenic area and to ensure the safety of tourists,we must strengthen the scenic spot prevention and control system.Today,most of the domestic tourism scenic areas have been or are building a video surveillance system,by which monitoring personnel could do real-time monitoring of scenic spots.By controlling the PTZ camera to quickly track suspicious targets,it has played a positive role in the safety management of the scenic area.But this traditional video surveillance system monitoring effect is low;it is difficult to find all kinds of security risks;video data has not been effectively used.So the reaction is often very lagging and passive.Taohuayuan is the famous AAAA class scenic spot in Hunan Province and even the whole country.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the safety risk which is based on the natural profile and the social profile of Taohuayuan.Based on this,we designed a Video Surveillance System in which the network video surveillance system is the basis and the intelligent video analysis technology is the core.This paper discusses the overall structure,system composition,hardware and software design of the intelligent video surveillance system of Taohuayuan,and especially describes the intelligent video analysis function of the system for security risk design.It will provide references for the transformation of domestic scenic spot from the third generation network video monitoring system to the fourth generation intelligent video surveillance system.
