Research On The Development Of The Mode Of Rural Mutual Assistance For The Aged In Inner Mongolia

As early as 2000,China has entered an aging society completely.A large number of rural empty nesters have emerged in the rural areas of Wulanchabu,Inner Mongolia.The problem of "empty nest" and "aging" in rural areas is becoming more and more serious.Because the empty nesters lack the care of their children for a long time and lack of emotional communication,the old people in rural areas not only have problems in the old age,but also have the problems of living care and spiritual comfort.The traditional family pension method can not meet the plight of the rural areas at the present stage.With the support of the government policy,the Rural happiness hospital carrying out mutual aid and pension mode arises at the historic moment.However,the mode of rural mutual support for the aged is more concerned with the service supply of the elderly,and the lack of attention to the supply of service oriented by the elderly.It is easy to waste a large amount of resources for the mismatch of supply and demand.Therefore,this paper,based on the "demand for theaged" of the rural elderly,studies the elderly satisfaction and the factors that affect the satisfaction of the elderly,and further improves the mode of mutual assistance for the elderly in rural areas of Inner Mongolia in order to achieve a long-term mechanism.Through combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this article fully understands the current research situation of rural mutual aid pension mode at home and abroad.The rural mutual aid and welfare home in Wulanchabu,Inner Mongolia,effectively alleviated the dilemma facing Wulanchabu in the current stage.Based on the analysis of the status of the elderly in the rural happy homes in Wulanchabu,this paper,based on the needs of the elderly in mutual assistance,perceiving the elder satisfaction with the mode of mutual assistance for the aged.Through the form of interview and questionnaire survey of rural empty nesters living in rural mutual welfare home in Wulanchabu,Inner Mongolia,the current situation of mutual happiness hospital is understood.This paper takes the elderly satisfaction as the core standard to measure the running status of the happy hospital,and analyzes the elderly's satisfaction with the method of empirical research.Finally,the factors that affect the satisfaction of the rural mutual welfare home in Wulanchabu are analyzed.Through sorting,we found that the problem of lack of care for the elderly,the low specialization of rural medical services,and the lack of spiritual comfort for the elderly are prominent.To this end,this article hopes to improve the operation mechanism of the rural mutual support for the old-age welfare hospital through the following measures,one is to improve the economic supply,improve the old-age security mechanism and develop the characteristic pillar industries,attract the backflow of the population;two,to strengthen the personnel construction of the medical service team and the combination of medical care and foster care.The old service system;the three is to increase the service project,to classify the service in the hierarchy,to develop the education of the elderly,to improve the social participation of the elderly and to carry forward the culture of filial piety,and to strengthen the family support for the elderly in the rural areas.The final form of a low cost,high efficiency,high involvement and wide coverage of the virtuous cycle of endowment pattern.
