Research On The Control Of Duty Crime In Colleges And Universities

In recent years,the increasing duty crime of colleges and universities has not only declared the fall of the last land to society,but also frustrated people's moral expectations.A series of social harms brought about by the crimes of higher education are far more harmful than the damage to the law and interests.Therefore,how to implement appropriate and effective supervision and control of the crimes is an important task that needs to be solved and it has realistic significance.In this dissertation,we will comply with “the phenomenon-the cause-the prevention”of cirme of such a study of the basic paradigm for crime of college and university to explore something in depth,public power in colleges and universities "have-out of control-restricting" for the wiring,advocating criminal integration,main content is divided into four parts:The first part mainly gives an overview of the crime words and phenomena.This part through analyzing the concept,current situation and types of crime phenomenon,from the macro,meso and micro level analysis and frequent occurrence mechanism of duty crime culprit structure of colleges and universities,elaborates on the content of duty crime in colleges and universities,in view of the present situation of duty crime through generated by statistical data of the typical features and development trend.The second part mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of duty crime control in colleges and universities.This part is based on the actual situation,from the propaganda education,the supervision process,the criminal policy and the information communication and so on several aspects analyzes the existing university functions crime control gain and the loss.The third part,based on the aforementioned problems,analyzes the reasons and lays a solid foundation for the formulation of effective control measures.The fourth part mainly provides the improvement idea to control the crime spreading of the university.This part aims at the control of public power in colleges and universities,and puts forward some Suggestions on improving the crime control in colleges and universities from the aspects of criminal legislation and specific countermeasures.
