Theory And Practice On Cultivation Of Youth Marxist From Xijinping's Perspective

The Historical experience shows that all Chinese leaders have attached great importance to the construction and cultivation of the party's governing capability and reserve forces.It is a strong guarantee for the Chinese Communist Party to raise its ruling level and expand its reserve forces by the cultivation of youth Marxist.There has been a new push and breakthrough in the growth and education of our party's youth Marxist on the XiJinping new period.By summarizing the theoretical origin of Marxism classic writers about youth Marxist and the Communist Party of China's historical experience in training youth Marxist,the thesis explores the theory and practice of cultivation of youth Marxist in the new era based on General Secretary Xi Jinping's view on youth education.This article is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the preface,which includes the overall analysis of the research background,significance,status at home and abroad,research objectives and methods,research content and innovation.The second part of this article mainly defines youth Marxist in a new era.It explores the implication of the youth Marxist in new era from the four aspects of the essential characteristics,theoretical characteristics,practical characteristics and personality characteristics of the youth Marxist,and holds that the youth Marxist in the new era refer to a group of advanced youth with noble patriotism and high moral character,who possessing the Marxist theory knowledge and theoretical literacy,and studying and developing in the practice of keeping pace with the times.The third part summarizes Xi Jinping's ideological origins of the cultivation of youth Marxist by systematically reviewing the exploration of Marx's and Engels' s theory and the historical experience by our Party's previous leaders cultivating youth Marxist in different historical periods.From the perspective of characteristics and social status of young people,training and the leading organizations,it discusses the essential characteristics of young people in different times,growth and value status.The fourth partelaborates the content and organization of cultivation of youth Marxist from Xi Jinping's perspective,providing theoretical support for the following science education and growth practice.In the fifth part,it explores the training objectives and cultivation principles of youth Marxist on the XiJinping new period.Based on the comprehensive positioning of youth Marxist on the previous leaders and the youth education thought made by General Secretary Xi Jinping,the author believes that youth Marxist in the new era are different from ordinary youth and have higher demands on them.We should cultivate them as Marxist believer,noble men and the self-conscious practitioners of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,this paper carries out the following cultivation principles:combing theory with practice,combing the whole advancement with key guidance,combing phase training with long-term cultivation,combing the leading organization with subjective development,combing the preferred selection with evaluation and excitation.The last part of this article mainly proposed a new era of youth Marxist cultivating path according to the requirements of the party and the needs of the times.The specific path is to cultivate youth with scientific theory and social practice,play the typical role of youth and a new media orientation role.
