With the rapid development of science and technology and socio-economic development,job burnout has become a research hotspot in the fields of social psychology,human resource management,and organizational behavior in recent years.It refers to the mental and physical fatigue of practitioners due to long-term workload.Job burnout is not only a psychological problem,but also a negative product derived from the development of society today.At present,China is in the period of important strategic opportunities and contradictions during the economic and social transition.Job burnout is widespread in all types of service-assist industries in China,especially in the public security forces with high-intensity workload and high-risk occupational characteristics.China's basic public security police who directly contact the people and criminals have a higher proportion of occurrences,a wider range of influence,and more serious consequences.Therefore,based on the local conditions,focusing on the actual situation,the current situation of professional burnout is studied in depth.Hazards,causes and countermeasures have realistic and urgent significance.This paper first summarizes the research status of relevant literature and job burnout topics through literature materials,and describes the background and significance of the research.Secondly,questionnaires,interviews,comparative analysis,and other social science research methods were used.The basic level civilian police of Xingtai Public Security Bureau of Hebei Province was the object of study.The survey scale was made based on the universal scale,and the revised scale was revised after pre-survey.Tables,issue and collect scales to study subjects,and conduct interviews with representative subjects.Finally,the valid questionnaire was entered into the survey database.The descriptive analysis of the data,one-way analysis of variance,and Pearson correlation analysis were used to draw relevant conclusions,and a targeted strategy for proposing occupational burnout at the grass-roots public security police was targeted.Through systematic data analysis and research,it is concluded that there is a moderate degree of job burnout among grass-roots policemen.Based on the analysis of demographic characteristics of the current situation of occupational burnout and the source of job burnout,the following conclusions have been drawn: Public security policemen at the basic level have experienced moderate burnout;age,academic record,rank,age of police,and job burnout are significantly related;marital status And gender has a certain influence on job burnout;there is a close relationship between job burnout and the source of job burnout at the grassroots police.At the same time,based on the combination of data and typical cases in recent years,the causes of job burnout at the grassroots level are analyzed in depth from the aspects of work load,organization management,environmental support,personal factors,etc.,and the new ideas of mechanism and new methods of solving scientifically job burnout was discussed and established according to the actual situation in China.
