As an important force for safeguarding national and social security and safeguarding people's personal and property safety,grassroots public security police play an important mission and bear important responsibilities in the development of the new era of the country,and play an irreplaceable role in preventing and punishing crimes.Civil servants are one of the professions with the highest job burnout in all sectors of society.More and more civil servants are gradually showing a tendency to burnout.The occurrence of burnout in the grassroots police group has a negative effect on their own physical and mental health.It will also reduce the efficiency of government administrative law enforcement and greatly affect the positive image of government departments among the people.Therefore,in the critical period of national development and transformation,how to solve and prevent the phenomenon of job burnout in the grassroots public security police group is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the objective analysis of the current situation of occupational burnout of grassroots public security police,this paper analyzes the source of job burnout scientifically and proposes reasonable countermeasures to alleviate their sense of burnout.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction chapter.It mainly expounds the research background of the background,theory and practical significance of the domestic and foreign scholars' occupational burnout.The second chapter is the core concept and theoretical foundation chapter.It scientifically explains the core concepts of grassroots public security police,occupational stress,burnout and other related concepts involved in the research of the basic public security police burnout and the two-factor theory and work matching theory that support this research.The scientific theory such as the social competence model is elaborated.The third chapter is the investigation plan design and implementation chapter,expounding the purpose and object of the investigation,the design,distribution and recovery of the questionnaire and the reliability test and validity test of the grassroots police burnout questionnaire.The fourth chapter is the investigation result of the status quo of occupational burnout and the source of job burnout of the grassroots public security police in Nanchang City.It describes the overall level of occupational burnout of the grassroots public security police in Nanchang,the occupational burnout of the grassroots public security police based on demographic characteristics,and the grassroots public security police.A source of burnout and so on.The fifth chapter is to reduce the occupational burnout of the grassroots public security police in Nanchang City.It is based on the five dimensions of individual factors,occupational incentives,organizational environment,work pressure and social support.Intervention measures for occupational burnout of grassroots public security police.The sixth chapter is the chapter of research conclusions,summarizing the main conclusions of this paper.
